TRAVEL CHARGE MAP

Cancel fee - $50 - Charged if canceled less than 24 hours before shoot. If weather is a concern please stay in contact with me. Weather limits drone/aerial and outside video, but not interior photo/video.
Additional charges apply for 2 slot shoots (the travel fee). Canceled shoots that require 2 slots normally because of the distance.

Weekend Charge - $50 - If you need a shoot quicker and can’t wait until a weekday. Subject to availability.

DELIVERY

Photos are usually edited and returned by the next morning. I will contact you if there is any issue with the editing.

Videos are usually edited and returned by the next morning. I will contact you if there is any issue with the editing. Videos include a link to an active YouTube account allowing you to share with a single link. Video files are also downloadable.

Things to Know

DRONE/AERIAL INCLUDED
*Drone/Aerial included (except airbnb) if legal airspace and weather permitting. If aerial photos and/or video are important please contact me to check if the area is legal and check the weather forecast. If approval needed, it takes the FAA a week to 90 days for approval. We can either wait for approval for the full shoot, or add an exterior only service on another date after approval.

AIRBNB PHOTOS/VIDEO
No extra charge for Airbnb shoots, but does NOT include drone services.

DUPLEXES, MULTI-FAMILY, POOL HOUSE, MOTHER-IN-LAW, MULTIPLE HOUSE SHOOTS
Multiple family houses with individual entries are charged as individual houses, but will be discounted 15% for the each additional. For example, for a triplex the first would be charged at normal rate for the sq footage and the next two would be 15% off each.

INTERIOR UPDATES
Interior updates start at $50 up to the full square footage price with a 10% discount (no exterior discount). For example, a living room is updated with staging and need a few photos to update the listing.

If you have specific graphics/text to use in your video or a specific headshot to use on the website, please let us know before the shoot to avoid delays or additional charges.
